Hello beautiful and amazing mothers!
As I am finishing up my 24th week of pregnancy, I know I have a ways to go, but I would like to form a checklist of things we'll need for our newborn. And I would like your help (esp. Kristin, Julie, Becky, Trisha, Pam) in forming this list.
What is it that I HAVE to have for our little Custer?
What is it that you wish you'd had, but didn't, when you had your little one?
What should I ask friends and family in the States to send b/c I can't get it here in Hungary? (I'm thinking medicines?)

Ditto! And maybe Julie will let you borrow their exersaucer like she let us! It is one rather large thing that they don't have here and I would say is wonderful!
hey girl. so MYLICON (for infant gas) from the states along with Infant Tylenol (they have dye free which is great!) for sure. I'm sure Kristen and Julie will fill you in on others but those were important :) along with stool softeners :) um...Thomas loves his bouncy and loved it since he came home (you can get that at Brendan or borrow it from us). If you can get an electric breast pump or maybe you can borrow Julie's (they don't sell them here in Hungary but I htink you may be able to get them in Germany). If you don't have it I would also recommend the book "What to Expect the 1st year". Along with any books you can get your hands on about breast feeding. You can come over and look at Thomas' room to see other things we use while he is an infant. We're so excited for you!!!
Michelle, Hey! I know I am not a mom yet, but since my husband is a doctor...he had some good ideas. We sent an e-mail to Kim, which she said she forwarded to you. I hope it helps! If you have any medical questions...you are welcome to e-mail me and I will ask Robeson (actually, he will probably e-mail you since he knows all the medical explanations :) .) He delivers and works with moms/babies a lot and loves it! We are praying everything goes smoothly and you all have a healthy baby! Maybe we will get to meet him/her sometime when we can visit!
